Returns

Due to the nature of our products and our fulfilment process, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery with photo proof of the issue.

We do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind

-Incorrect size or choice made by the customer

-Minor differences in color or design

-Normal shipping delays

Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

- The item arrives damaged

-The wrong item was sent

-The item is lost in transit

If approved, refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
